GRAND Opera House pantomime stars May Mc Fettridge and Olivia Nash have been left with egg on their faces after an interactive game has taken the internet by storm.The Mother Goose stars, currently locked in rehearsals ahead of opening night on Saturday November 29, have been animated for the special email game which has been downloaded almost 30, 000 times to date. The game features the actors being pelted with rotten eggs.
Resident pantomime dame May McFettridge, returning to the Grand Opera House for a record-breaking eighteenth year, said: “People in Belfast have been threatening to throw eggs at me for years, so this is their chance”.

An enchanting story for all ages, this year’s pantomime follows the adventures of Mother Goose who is struggling to pay the rent until a chance encounter with a magical goose that lays golden eggs.
May McFettridge is joined by an outstanding local cast including Olivia Nash, Paddy Jenkins, Aidan O’Neill, Shinead Byrne, and BT4, Northern Ireland’s first panto boyband.
Mother Goose is produced by Qdos Pantomimes and runs at the Grand Opera House from Saturday November 29 – Saturday January 17.
